1. Introduction
Aerial Photography is an online company specializing in photography and videography services. The company collaborates with external partners, including photographers, videographers, drone pilots, and editors. Hereafter, all these entities will be collectively referred to as "Aerial Photography."
The user of the website and services of Aerial Photography will be referred to as the "client," regardless of whether they purchase services.
These terms and conditions, including any future additions, are fully and irrevocably accepted by the client through the use of the website and services provided by Aerial Photography.
If a client disagrees with these terms and conditions, they should not use the website and services of Aerial Photography.
Any use of www.Aerialphotography.gr or Aerial Photography's social media pages and any transactions conducted through these means implies complete, unequivocal, and irrevocable acceptance of the Terms of Use by the client. These terms are binding in any agreement between the client and Aerial Photography. Aerial Photography may modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to the client, with the only obligation being to publish the updated terms on its website. It is the client's responsibility to stay informed about these terms. Any use of the services after the posting of modified Terms of Use signifies the client’s renewed acceptance of the new terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All services provided by Aerial Photography are intellectual property of their creators, according to Law 2121/1993 on “Intellectual Property,” as amended and currently in force, and international conventions. Aerial Photography does not own the intellectual property rights to the photos, videos, album designs, or any other creative work. These rights remain with the creator and are protected by Greek law. Any infringement of these rights in any way will result in the responsibilities and penalties prescribed by law.
Specifically, and not limited to, copying, editing, printing, modifying, publishing, distributing, or reproducing (e.g., reselling) the photos, videos, and content of Aerial Photography without the written permission of their creators is prohibited.
Any republication or distribution by the client is considered illegal unless prior written permission has been granted by Aerial Photography.
3. Information Collection
Aerial Photography has designed its website so that clients can visit it without disclosing their identity unless they choose to do so. Visitors to the Aerial Photography website are requested to provide personal data only if they wish to communicate or send a message to Aerial Photography through the contact form or chat.
The information collected from clients is provided voluntarily and remains in the records of Aerial Photography, distributed only to its direct electronic partners.
By using our services, the client acknowledges and explicitly grants Aerial Photography the right to maintain records of names, addresses, phone numbers, and other contact information, as well as any data resulting from the provision of services, such as photos and videos, which are shared with both direct and indirect partners.
4. Use of Information
Aerial Photography uses personal data to facilitate communication between the client and Aerial Photography or its partners regarding the desired service.
Aerial Photography.gr does not request credit card or bank account details from clients.
By providing personal information, the client consents to the use of this data by employees, internal and external partners, and affiliated businesses for the purposes stated above.
5. Periodic Changes
Aerial Photography, as a dynamic entity, continually develops and improves. Therefore, just as services are updated and improved, the terms of use will also be updated and improved. Clients are advised to review the terms of use each time before commissioning new work from Aerial Photography.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including potential negligence, is Aerial Photography liable for any damage incurred by the client. Aerial Photography cannot guarantee that the media used to display its website or the servers hosting these media will be free from viruses, hackers, or other malicious software.
7. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for any damage caused by improper or unlawful use of the provided services. The client is solely responsible for any arrangements made with Aerial Photography’s partners without the company's knowledge. Arrangements and agreements must be made only with Aerial Photography’s central office, and no one else has the authority to modify existing collaborations, which are always made in writing with the central office.
If Aerial Photography becomes aware of any breach of the agreement or intellectual property rights, it has the discretion to immediately terminate the agreement, work, or project and seek moral and material satisfaction.
Additionally, if a client is notified by an Aerial Photography partner of changes to the agreement or creation of a new one, such changes are invalid unless approved in writing by Aerial Photography.
8. Compensation
It is expressly agreed that if a lawsuit or other claim is brought against Aerial Photography due to negligence, malicious intent, law violation, or misleading information provided by the client, the client is obligated to intervene in the claim and compensate Aerial Photography for any damages or costs incurred.
9. General Terms of Service
Using Aerial Photography’s services constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Services are provided to individuals, businesses, companies, or organizations.
The client must request in writing and clearly specify the services desired from Aerial Photography.
If the client wishes to amend the terms of the agreement, they must provide written notice of the desired changes, and if accepted by Aerial Photography, a written response with any additional costs will be provided.
Aerial Photography is not obligated to deliver original digital files to the client unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
The details of what will be delivered to the client upon completion of the work are clearly stated in the signed and detailed offer from Aerial Photography to the client.
Although not obligated, Aerial Photography retains the records of each job for a reasonable period.
Aerial Photography’s services are provided only for lawful uses. The client must use the services in accordance with these Terms of Use and applicable laws. Any use of Aerial Photography’s services that contradicts the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use and laws is prohibited.
10. Pricing Policy
The prices listed for services on the website and price lists of Aerial Photography are in euros and do not include VAT.
Payment for services is made according to the agreement between the parties. Any payment processing fees (e.g., bank deposit fees) are the responsibility of the client.
Aerial Photography reserves the right to offer packages or discounts with more favorable terms or prices than those existing at the time the client initially purchased services. Such price and term changes do not affect the existing agreements between the parties.
The price paid by the client for services will not change after the order. However, material prices (e.g., albums, prints) from manufacturers or print companies may change, and any price differences will be passed on to the client. Special attention should be given to the validity period of offers and deadlines for completing work.
Payment for services can be made in various ways:

The client can pay orders via Paypal (any additional costs or Paypal fees are the responsibility of the client).

Bank Transfer Payment.

The client can pay orders via bank transfer or e-banking (any additional costs or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client).

When payment is made electronically via e-banking from banks other than those affiliated with Aerial Photography, transactions may appear after a few days. In all cases, the client must send Aerial Photography a copy of the deposit slip with the depositor’s name and deposit reference.
11. Termination of Services/Agreement
The agreement may be terminated by the client only for proven and genuine reasons. Aerial Photography is not obligated to refund any amounts paid by the client if the termination is requested by the client or if the agreement is terminated by Aerial Photography due to breach of terms by the client.
If the client declares they do not wish to continue the services, Aerial Photography will terminate the cooperation.
If the client has an outstanding overdue balance, Aerial Photography reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or delete all client material.
In case of late payment, services will be automatically discontinued.
12. Intellectual Property
The client does not acquire any intellectual property rights to the material provided by Aerial Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any material (digital or physical) delivered to the client must be explicitly stated in the signed agreement. Oral agreements are not recognized and are considered non-existent.
Aerial Photography is only responsible for the material it has agreed in writing to deliver to the client and does not accept any other agreements or modifications from its partners or others unless it has knowledge of and has written modifications to the original agreement with the client.
If Aerial Photography uses locations, buildings, objects, etc., of the client during the execution of the project, the client explicitly agrees that the use of these does not confer any rights to the intellectual property of the project.
The client has the right to use the material received from Aerial Photography, but intellectual property rights remain with the creator. The client is solely responsible for any infringement of these rights.
It is expressly agreed that the client cannot use the whole or any part of the work for purposes other than those agreed upon.
13. Limitation of Liability
Aerial Photography is not liable for the destruction of files due to equipment malfunction, weather conditions, or other factors beyond its control.
14. Confidentiality Statement
Aerial Photography has the right, which the client expressly and irrevocably accepts, to refer to and present its work to its clientele as part of its portfolio for promotional purposes.
The client agrees not to publish any details or information regarding Aerial Photography's services that could potentially harm its interests or reveal details of the offer or final agreement.
Both parties agree that all information contained in the contract terms, financial details, and any other information is confidential and should be treated as such. They must ensure the confidentiality of this information against employees, partners, and others. The obligation of confidentiality continues after the project
